• Ensures that all cash handling procedures are strictly followed based on the established policies
• Simultaneously engage customers and complete transactions accurately in an efficient manner
• Willing to undergo training to work in different areas of the store

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Talent to move 50 pounds sometimes or repeatedly
• The position requires the employee to spend all work hours standing or moving throughout different departments, with frequent physical activities such as stooping, carrying, lifting, bending, climbing, walking and/or reaching anticipated
• Consistent application of Kohl's policies and procedures ensures fair and equal treatment of all associates, fostering a positive work environment
• Regular attendance
• Business professionals need to develop the ability to use both verbal and written communication interchangeably based on the context and situation at hand
• Essential capabilities in arithmetic computations and literacy, decipherable handwriting, and precision in particulars
• The capability to work cohesively within a team and communicate proficiently with colleagues is a requisite quality
