Kohl's is hiring a Material Handler

Available Shifts:

Weekday Day Shift & Weekend Day Shifts:

Start time 6am, end time 4pm

Weekday Overnight Shift & Weekend Overnight Shifts:

Start time 8pm, end time 6am

About the Role:

As a Material Handler, you are responsible for processing, preparing, and moving products with accuracy and safety, adhering to established guidelines, production rates, and standards. You will also receive cross-training to maintain flexible support for the company's operational requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Perform the necessary steps for managing merchandise, notably picking the right items, packing orders, handling shipping and returns, and loading and unloading trailers
• The first step in inputting data for reports is to identify the specific purpose of the report and what information is needed
• Ensure that all stakeholders understand the company's policies and procedures related to customer service in order to provide consistent messaging and a cohesive approach to problem-solving
• Maintaining a safe working environment requires all employees to follow the safety regulations established by the company, state, local government, and OSHA. If you come across any possible violations, immediately inform your supervisor or manager
• Maintain strict adherence to all company policies, protocols, guidelines, and standards, with special emphasis on speed and accuracy
• Comply with dress code guidelines put forth by the company to promote a cohesive and professional appearance within the workplace
• Sustain an adaptable work plan and conform to the requirement of executing any assigned hours of work and additional duties as required by the organizational and functional conditions
