ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Outstanding customer service requires adept problem solving techniques
• Promotes, activates and ignites Kohls Charge account enrollments and loyalty programs
• Guarantees that all regulations and policies governing cash handling are strictly adhered to
• Provide efficient transactional services with a focus on engaging customers for accuracy in every transaction
• Ready to embrace versatility and be proficient in many store functions

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Skill to carry 50 pounds intermittently or habitually
• The role involves the ability to remain standing or on the move throughout different departments for the entirety of work hours, with frequent physical tasks like lifting, bending, carrying, climbing, walking, and reaching
• Regular training and communication of Kohl's policies and procedures enhance associates' awareness and understanding, reducing the likelihood of violations
• Regular attendance
• Effective communication is not solely about the message itself, but also the way in which it is presented to the recipient. It's important to consider the audience and tailor the message accordingly
• Necessary skills in calculation and interpretation, easily legible manuscript, and attentiveness to particulars
• The aptitude to contribute effectively in a team and communicate aptly with colleagues is an invaluable competency
