ACCOUNTABILITIES

• The act of smiling and greeting customers and colleagues is essential, and it's important to adhere to the Yes We Can policy when addressing customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and courteous manner
• When communicating with customers, it is essential to apply the GREAT program's five-step approach routinely. This program involves greeting and engaging the client, requesting credit, explaining the savings, asking them to complete a survey, and thanking them for their patronage
• Capable of acquiring and adjusting to the latest technological advancements to cater to customers' demands
• Achieving exceptional customer satisfaction requires proficient issue resolution skills
• Provokes, initiates and sets into motion submissions for Kohls Charge accounts and rewards initiatives
• Guarantees that all protocols related to the management of cash are strictly followed according to the established policies and procedures
• Efficiently conduct transactions while engaging customers to ensure accuracy in every transaction
• Open to adapting and mastering various roles throughout the store, as required

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Capability to raise 50 pounds periodically or frequently
• The capacity to remain standing or in motion within various departments for the entirety of work hours. Regular physical activities encompass, but are not limited to, stooping, bending, walking, climbing, and lifting
• Compliance with Kohl's code of conduct and operational policies is imperative to promote ethical business practices and ensure smooth operations
• Regular attendance
• Having strong skills in both spoken and written communication is essential for success in any profession
• Adequate abilities in arithmetic and comprehension, readable penmanship, and carefulness in minutiae
• Possessing the skill to collaborate with a group and communicate well with teammates is a valuable asset
