Kohl's is in search of Forklift Driverswho can expertly operate a fork truck to move and stack merchandise in a safe and efficient manner within their distribution centers. Not only will you be removing the hassle of manual labor, but you will also help the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and the replenishment of store inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a forklift for the purpose of transporting supplies throughout the warehouse.
• Aid in the transportation of goods onto and off of delivery trucks and trailers.
• It is crucial that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard packages and prevent them from being damaged or lost during transit.
• Keep your shelves organized and make a habit of rotating products on a regular basis to ensure that older items are sold first.
• Make it a routine to conduct maintenance checks on the forklift to prevent breakdown and reduce repair expenses.
• Implement safety protocols and measures to minimize the risks of accidents and injuries.
• Join forces with the staff of the warehouse to meet productivity targets.

Qualifications:

• An individual must possess a high school diploma or its comparable qualification.
• Proof of valid forklift operator authorization.
• My prior work involved handling forklift operations in a warehouse setting.
• Capacity to bear and relocate weighty articles.
• A laser focus on safety protocols and attention to detail is required.
• Communication prowess and a strong affinity for working in teams are indispensable qualities for modern professionals.
