• Capable of flexibly transitioning and functioning across various areas of the store

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Potential to elevate 50 pounds from time to time or often
• Employees must stand or move throughout the various departments for the duration of their work hours, with common physical tasks including stooping, lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and walking
• InÑ�reasingly stringent regulatory requirements and heightened public scrutiny underscore the importance of adherence to Kohl's policies and procedures
• Regular attendance
• Good communication skills involve active listening, clear articulation, appropriate tone and choice of words, as well as appropriate nonverbal communication
• Elementary competency in arithmetic and literacy, easily readable script, and precision in specifics
• Demonstrating the ability to cooperate with others and interact proficiently in a team setting is an advantageous trait
