Are you a skilled forklift operator Kohl's is on the lookout for you! By joining Kohl's, you would be responsible for operating a forklift to relocate, stack and count merchandise while ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. By facilitating the fulfillment of orders, you will play an important role in the smooth operations of the distribution center while helping to replenish the store inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a forklift to move materials from one area to another within the warehouse.
• Facilitate the movement of packages onto and from trucks and trailers.
• The proper handling of packages is essential to ensure that they arrive at their intended destination in the same condition in which they were shipped.
• Take advantage of inventory management software that can help you keep track of stock levels and generate reports on sales trends.
• Performing regular preventative maintenance on the forklift is crucial to avoid costly downtimes.
• To avoid unfortunate incidents and injuries, make sure to comply with safety policies and regulations.
• Cooperate with the warehouse personnel to attain productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school education or its suitable alternative is mandatory.
• Certified to operate a forklift safely.
• I possess hands-on experience working with a forklift in a warehouse.
• Proficiency in lifting and shifting hefty objects.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to safety procedures are critical.
